Our very own Ken Walton has been here at  Stydd for 25 years. He is a plant / garden maestro with proverbial green fingers - in fact he just looks at plants and they grow!! A lovely knowledgable man who is always happy to chat and offer horticultural advice - also a proper character with some of his wonderful ideas, eg. -

Customer - "Do I need  to water hanging baskets every day?"

Ken - "Oh yes, definitely"

Customer - "Even when it's raining?" 

Ken - "You know, rain doesn't touch hanging baskets, if I walked around all day in the rain, with a hanging basket on my  head, I'd never get wet!"
